The Hospitality Industry

The hospitality industry is one of the most challenging businesses to be involved with. Few can remain totally professional and calm in such constantly demanding situations especially when dealing with people and their array of changing emotions.

If however it is in your blood to serve then it is an incredibly rewarding career-path.

To become a good server however takes lots of practise and training is imperative.

Hospitality Industry Training

I offer short term in house courses (3-6 days) where I teach staff members both the theory (in the classroom) followed by the practical (within the place of work). In this way the students can put into practise what they have learnt in the classroom and I can monitor their progress.
